  • Remote processing of transactions through email and phone is highly encouraged
  • We are not accepting cash or cheque payments at this time
  • We are not taking in any paperwork except when absolutely necessary
  • Daily health checks and temperature checks are mandatory for staff each morning

Social Distancing

  • No more than 2 customers in the office at a time
  • No more than 6 agents in the office at one time
  • Agents are encouraged to work from home if at all possible
  • Certain desks have been blocked off to ensure proper distancing



  • ALL staff and clients must wear a mask. No exceptions.
  • Masks will be provided for those who don’t have one



  • New cleaning checklists have been introduced to ensure high-traffic areas are sanitized throughout the day
  • A full deep-clean of the office occurs at opening and closing
