Covid-19 Protocols

– Remote processing of transactions through email and phone is highly encouraged
We are not accepting cash or cheque payments at this time
– We are not taking in any paperwork except when absolutely necessary
– Daily health checks and temperature checks are mandatory for staff each morning
– Plexiglass barriers have been installed at the front counter

Social Distancing
– No more than 2 customers in the office at a time
– No more than 6 agents in the office at one time
– Agents are encouraged to work from home if at all possible
– Certain desks have been blocked off to ensure proper distancing

– ALL staff and clients must wear a mask. No exceptions.
– Masks will be provided for those who don’t have one

– New cleaning checklists have been introduced to ensure high-traffic areas are sanitized throughout the day
– A full deep-clean of the office occurs at opening and closing
